9/10 Close to metro, quiet area but still close to places we wanted to go. SUPER clean. Loved the washing machine and kitchen in the room. Not a big deal, but just wished we had a few extra hand towels for the kitchen since we did make breakfast/do dishes during our stay.

9.5/10 I loved the size of the space and the coziness of the room! The bed was especially comfortable and incredibly soft. My original room had a loud buzzing noise, but that was thankfully quickly resolved as the staff put me in a new room.

10/10 It is walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants and even a supermarket. It is also just a 5-min walk to the subway station. There is an elevator to ease with luggage. Nothing really.

8/10 New build apt-hotel, good location, near to metro and subway, room size was good A very bad smell in the hallway, like burning gas. I sent message to hotel but they responded after 12 hours!!! The beds not comfy at all I had back and neck pain after 2 nights. Smoking is prohibited but

10/10 Easy check in/out via iPad. No humans great! Room had climate control with drying function – perfect for drying laundry

10/10 It’s a new and super clean apartment. very well located near Namba station. If you traveling in Osaka area you should try to stay there. In apartment you will find all facilities that you need.

9/10 Great location and new apartments and everything is in very good condition. Microwave wasn’t working but when I sent a message, the owner replaced it by next morning.
